Quick Product Creation Ideas
Last week talked about finding niche markets on eBay and then dipping into the Public Domain to find products to sell to people in these market. If you missed the free video I sent out last week detailing this technique you can check it out here:

Today I want to show you some other ways you can quickly create products to sell to these niche markets -- without having to spend weeks or months writing a book or ebook.
Here are a few of those ways:
- Find someone who already has a product that targets your market and make a deal with them to allow you to create a digital version of their product. You could make a deal to buy the digital rights to the product or even set
up a revenue sharing deal where you split the profits. A very popular ebook called Surviving Terrorism was a paper
and ink book that was republished digitally using this technique.
- Do an indepth audio interview with an expert on your subject and sell the interview. You can have the interview transcribed and edited to create an ebook and then offer the audio as a bonus.
- Hire (or Joint Venture with) a freelance programmer to create a software product that your market would be
interested in. You can hire programmers by posting a project on sites such as:
www.scriptlance.com
www.elance.com
www.rentacoder.com
The key to this technique is to keep it simple. Develop a simple software product that solves a problem or enhances an existing product. For example, one such product that sold very well was Headline Creator Pro. This product does one simple thing: it takes a product description and generate a list of headlines using different headline formulas.
- Hire (or Joint Venture with) a freelance writer to write a report, manual or course. My Letters from Santa product was created using this technique and cost me nothing to develop.
- Compile a resource list of tools, contacts, sources, suppliers, etc that people in your niche market would love to
have access to.
- Create a list of Tips, Secrets, Ideas and Strategies about your subject. ie: 101 Cocker Spaniel Training Tips
- Create a Case Study of real life examples. A friend of mine just published a paper and ink book of
Example Mystery Shopping Narritives for use by beginning mystery shoppers. Talk about a niche market!
- Create a price guide for your niche market. For example, a price guide for people who collect salt and pepper shakers.
- Create a directory for your market. For example Charlie Page put together a very popular directory of ezines that offer classified ads. (see www.directoryofezines.com) The publishers of these ezines submitted their publication to the directory so all Charlie had to do was format the listings and put them in an online directory.
